As On Deck's offerings grew across diverse user groups, their one-size-fits-all dashboard caused cognitive overload.
Through research and co-design, I focused on the Senior Designer persona and supported the lead designer to redesign the community platform dashboard therefore improving personalized content discovery through curated feeds and clearer tagging.

While On Deck provided education for different personas, the one-size-fits-all dashboard was proving ineffective. Through user research, the need became clear - more personalized experiences tailored to each group.
